Abstract：

Bioelectricity is the basic characteristic of life and studies made for hundreds years focusing on cell potentials, but lacking studies on Bioelectricity circulatory system (BECS), function and health.
Firstly, the existence of BECS is the identification between life and no-life. Once BECS stopped, life terminated. Secondly, the maintenance of BECS is directly related to functions of tissues and organs, in another word, the activity nature of organs is the Bioelectricity in organs. Lastly, the rhythm of BECS covers strength, frequency and waves, and they are related directly to human health.
Now, the human body is double consisted system, as BECS is like the “software” of human body while the body structure is like the “hardware” of human body. This study firstly described the BECS in human body, its features and functions are fully described at different levels. Any changes in BECS will lead to abnormal feeling, symposium and even organic diseases.
