Dr. Yuling Wang, the founder of Bioelectricity Medicine, MD from Peking Medical University （now the Medical Science Center of Peking University , PhD from University of London(UK), Fellow of MIT (USA). Worked at institutions from Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine, Chinese Academy of Sciences, The World Bank Headquarters  and Peking University in China. Educated by western medicine , she believes in TCM and proposes that all medicines are based on human body’s consistence.   By studying on channel bioelectricity, she made a new discovery of bioelectricity circulatory system (BECS) in human body consistence besides body structure system, and her book: <Bioelectricity Medicine and Chinese Medicine> was published in 2008. Based on channel bioelectricity, she invented the “Body Bioelectricity Resonance Machine” and established “BERT system ” . Beijing Shenkang Natural Hospital was built as BERT demonstration hospital in 2012.

      <Bioelectricity Medicine and Chinese Medicine>  had been sponsored by the Department of  Science & Technology of Shandong Province  and was  appraised  as “world leading technology” in 2013.
