1. Party A grants Party B this work (including revised versions, etc., the same below) in Chinese (including simplified and traditional characters) in the form of paper books, audio-visual forms, electronic publications, and online publications, to be published worldwide. Have the right to use.

 

2. Party A grants Party B the exclusive right to use the information network dissemination right of this work, the exclusive publishing copyright of the electronic version, the exclusive publishing copyright of the digital version, the exclusive right of audio and video (including live broadcast) adaptation and the right of priority dissemination, and Party B can retain and exercise , Transfer the right. Party B may exercise or transfer the rights stipulated in this article within the above-mentioned time limit and authorized area with respect to all or part of the content of this work to a third party of its own choice.

 

3. Party A shall not grant all or part of the content of this work to a third party with the original name or a changed name. If there is any violation, Party B can unilaterally terminate this contract immediately and have the right to request Party A to compensate Party B for all losses suffered thereby.

Party A guarantees that it has the rights granted to Party B under Articles 1 and 2, guarantees that it has complete copyright to the above-mentioned works, and guarantees that Party B does not need to obtain any form of permission or// from third parties when exercising the corresponding licensing matters under this contract. And pay any fees. If the exercise of the above rights infringes on the copyrights of others, as well as the personal rights or other legal rights of others, such as the rights of reputation, portrait, name, etc., Party A shall bear full responsibility and compensate for all losses caused to Party B. Party B can unilaterally terminate this contract immediately .

 

5. The artwork illustrations used for plate making are handled as follows:

Party A will provide all the drawings available for plate making at the time of submission. Party A will provide the base map when submitting the manuscript. Party B will organize personnel to draw the drawing. Party A shall bear the required expenses. The copyright belongs to Party A, but Party A agrees that Party B can use the drawing drawing for other publications.
